LEVEL 1 – DISCOVER

Duration: 12 weeks​

Session Length: 90 min

FOCUS: Movement and Ball Awareness

GOAL: Children Feel Comfortable on the Court and with Equipment.

Equipment:

         • Foam Balls

         • Red Tennis Balls

         • Short Rackets

         • Mini Courts

Skills:

         • Catching

         • Throwing

         • Rolling Balls

         • Hand-Eye Coordination

         • Basic Racket Contact

Activities:

         • Ball Balance

         • Bounce and Catch

         • Target Throwing

         • Partner Rolling Games

LEVEL 2 - CONNECT

Duration: 12 weeks​

Session Length: 90 min

FOCUS: Racket to Ball Contact

GOAL: Children Experience Successful Hits and Simple Rallies.

Equipment:

         • Foam Balls

         • Red Tennis Balls

         • Short Rackets

         • Mini Courts

Skills:

         • Self-rally

         • Tap-ups

         • Controlled hits

         • Short rallies

         • Basic movement to the ball

Activities:

         • Tap-Up Challenge

         • Hit Over Mini Net

         • Target Hitting

         • Cooperative Rally

LEVEL 3 - RALLY

Duration: 12 weeks​

FOCUS: Cooperative Play

GOAL: Children Enjoy Playing with Others

Level 1 – Explore & Engage

Duration: 12 weeks​

Session Length: 90 min

Participants may:

  • be first-time players

  • have limited coordination

  • require high support

Focus:

         •        Movement Awareness

         •        Paddle Familiarity

         •        Hand - Eye coordination

         •        Participation

      

Activities:

  •   Rolling ball

  •   Paddle taps

  •   Catching games

  •   Movement stations

Goal: Build Comfort and Enjoyment.

Level 2 – Build       & Control

Duration: 12 weeks​

Session Length: 90 min

Participants can:

  • contact the ball consistently sometimes

  • follow simple instructions

  • stay engaged longer

Focus:

         •        Paddle control

         •        Directional hitting

         •        Movement coordination

         

Activities:

         •        Target games

         •        Partner hitting

         •        Bounce - hit drills

         •        Mini rallies

Level 3 – Connect & Rally

Duration: 12 weeks​

Session Length: 90 min

Participants can:

  • make consistent paddle contact during short rallies

  • rally with a coach or partner

  • ​show improved confidence in rally situations

Focus:

         •        Rallying

         •        Movement

         •        Court awareness

         

Activities:

         •        Cooperative rallies

         •        Doubles movement drills

         •        Gameplay activities

Goal: Improve Interaction and Rally Skills

Level 4 – Play       & Enjoy

Duration: 12 weeks​

Session Length: 90 min

Participants can:

  • rally more consistently in game -like situations

  • understand basic adapted pickleball rules

  • participate in simple singles or doubles games​

  • show confidence and independence on court

Focus:

         •        Gameplay

         •        Confidence

         •        Team work

        

Activities:

         •        Adapted games

         •        Doubles matches
