LEVEL 1 – DISCOVER
Duration: 12 weeks
Session Length: 90 min
FOCUS: Movement and Ball Awareness
GOAL: Children Feel Comfortable on the Court and with Equipment.

LEVEL 2 - CONNECT

FOCUS: Racket to Ball Contact
GOAL: Children Experience Successful Hits and Simple Rallies.

• Self-rally

LEVEL 3 - RALLY

FOCUS: Cooperative Play

Level 1 – Explore & Engage
Duration: 12 weeks
Session Length: 90 min
Participants may:

Level 2 – Build & Control
Duration: 12 weeks

Participants can:

Level 3 – Connect & Rally

Level 4 – Play & Enjoy
