Registration Information
Participants must complete:

✔ Emergency Contact Form
✔ Waiver & Liability Form
✔ Media Consent Form (optional)
before participating in programs.
Program Placement
Participants are placed into groups based on:

readiness

ability level
-
engagement and comfort
Our goal is to create the best possible environment for every participant.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is encouraged to help participants:
✔ build routine
✔ develop confidence
✔ progress consistently
If a participant will miss a session, families are asked to notify the program in advance whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
If a program session must be cancelled by the organization due to facility closures or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible.
Make-up sessions or credits may be provided when appropriate.
Participant Support & Safety
To help create safe and positive experiences, families are encouraged to share:

during registration.

Media & Photography
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during programs for promotional or community purposes.
Families may choose whether to provide media consent during registration.
